Blood streaks in clear discharge?

Some background info first: I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and ever since I got into university last year it seemed to have got worse. I have been prescribed Provera to have periods. I have a family history of PCOS and my mother has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

For my last period, again I had to take Provera to make it happen. It ended 2 weeks ago and starting from last week, I have been getting blood streaks (like veins) in my discharge, usually found on toilet paper after urination and both the discharge and my urine are clear. This happens on an on-and-off basis. I'm wondering if this is because of PCOS, (better yet) ovulation or something else. I haven't had sex in the past year so I can't be pregnant.
