CAN FIBROIDS FALL OFF BY THEMSELVES?

I RECENTLY HAD A MISCARRIAGE AND PASSED A LARGE TISSUE MASS, ABOUT 2 PLUS INCHES IN LENGTH AND AN INCH IN DIAMETER. THIS WOULD'VE BEEN TOO BIG TO BE THE  6 WEEK OLD FETUS. LATER I FOUND OUT THAT ACCORDING TO THE ULTRA SOUND I HAD A 2 1/2 INCH FIBROID AND A 3 INCH CIST. MY QUESTION IS COULD I HAVE PASSED EITHER THE FIBROID OR CIST DURING THE MISCARRIAGE? PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON WITH MY BODY.

I'm really not sure if that's possible, but I think you need to see your doctor to see if they need to clean you out and avoid possible infection. Good luck!
