Hey there, I took Clomid for 6 months -- 3 months at 50 mg and 3 months at 100 mg -- and I had normal cycle lengths before taking it and while taking the 50 mg but once I took the 100mg, it made my cycles like 7 to 14 days longer!!!  I went through what you are going through on the 50 mg it sounds like (unfortunately) because I kept thinking I was pregnant since I didn't get my period but it never worked for me.  I hope that's not what is happening to you but it sounds like you have shorter than average cycles so maybe this is a good thing for you to try for a while.  I CAN tell you that even though Clomid didn't work for me, Femara and getting an IUI done did so there's other options out there.  Don't give up hope!

Clomid can sometimes regulate your period.   Did  you ovulate?  When or what cd?
