Cystic Acne on Vagina?

I used to have cystic acne on my face & i actually was diagnosed with PCOS because i have actual small cysts on my ovaries, but they went away after i started birth control. So a couple of days ago i realized there was this cyst type of pimple on my vaginal area on the skin. In a few days it blew up big & it reminded me of the acne i had on my face. its INSIDE the skin. If i grab my skin i can literally feel this big bump inside. I wanted to know if you think this actually my normal cystic acne just popped up on a random place like my vagina.. or maybe something else. It didnt bother me until i started touching it and pinching it, it actually started to hit a little but only when i touch it.

Any advice ???

Yes. I have Pcos and I get them on my  labia and near my vaginal opening.  I also have them on the insides of my leg. The are underneath the skin for the first part of the process and then they get a small center and will drain.  The pain is unimaginable but when they drain they get better.  Before and during my Period is the worst.

My doctor says there isnt anything that can be done. Nothing can be done about the facial hair, either. This is a horrible illness. Painful, embarrassing and down right nasty.

Pcos just sucks in general. I was diagnosed with it in 2013 and have been suffering since. Constant cysts on my ovaries and just the other day I was cleaning my lady part and felt a bump and it is painful just moving then it stops hurting after awhile. How many days does it take for it to go away for you?

I'm not sure if you can get acne on your laybia or not. but you can get ingrown hairs that could cause a pimple like sore. You can also get boils, which could be like acne cysts.
If there's just one, I would keep it clean, and watch it to see if it heals. If you get more, I'd see your GYN about it.  I'm sorry I don't have the definitve answer you were looking for, but maybe someone else does. Good luck.
