Depression/Anxiety/pimples & insulin resistance

by Cherd, Sep 07, 2009 06:58PM
Hello - I have had two small cysts on my overies since I was a teenager, I'm now 38!. They do not appear to change in size after having a few ultrasounds but I've struggled terribly with depression, anxiety, pimples around my chin and jawline along with swelling in both my limbs and stoach after eating a certain volume of food (insulin resistance). I have not menstruated for over two years now and the anger I feel on a constant basis is very difficult to live with each day! I really can't cope anymore and I feel out of control both emotionally and physically so I need a solution asap!!!
Do you think these are related to my ovaries and what do you suggest I do, I've been told to avoid removal through surgery?
