Dermoid cysts in my left ovary

Hi,I just found out I have 86cc 5.8cm x 5cm x5.6 cm dermoid cyst in my left ovary. I am experiencing pelvic pain,dizziness on and off . I also found out I have UTI, are they connected? how bad is my cysts With all the symptoms I have ,what should I do?

Hi,
Dermoid cyst an UTI may not be related to each other. The UTI can be easily treated with antibiotics. The dermoid cyst is of significant size and should require removal. Consult your gynaecologist for a detailed evaluation.
