Endometrial complications

Has anyone else had any major endometrial complications due to PCOS, that scared the life right out of you?

Is there anyone on this forum who've been diagnosed with endometrial cancer, or have had irregular endometrial biopsies; that have been blamed on your PCOS condition, and the complications that PCOS causes?

If so, what treatment did you receive, and HOW did you react to expressed concerns?
