I was wondering if any of you ladies had taken femara and if it shortened or lengthened your cycles?

I've been on Femara (Letrozole) for about a year and a half.  It didn't do anything for me...I never even had a period without forcing it.  I recently had ovarian drilling and I know it has made a difference.  After the drilling, the femara is supposed to be more effective so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Why have you been on Letrozole for so long? Do you have breast cancer? So you had to take something to start your periods did you take Provera?
