HOW LONG DID IT TAKE METFORMIN TO WORK

Hello everyone , I was just told this wk i have pcos & i was put on metformin I've been doing some research and it seems like I've learned more about pcos by reading everyones info so thanx to all but my ? is how long does it take for the metformin to work my husband & I have been trying for yrs to have a child with little to no sucess around april 06 we had a mc and thats b/c i didn't know i had pcos & now i know whats going on with my body i can't wait to start ttc again my gyn said alot of women become prego with just the metfromin so if theres anyone that had great sucess please share with me thanx

thats great, well i dont really drink but fa weekend ago i had a drink while playing cards with friends so i know not to do that again right now the only thing thats going on with me is the non stop bleeding and i do feel tired all the time i hate to get out of bed going to the gym is a no no cause im to tired my husband thinks its because of the bleeding he told me to eat liver and i do like it but being stationed in japan i dont think i seen any in the market

Hey i got my period at last ... i wouldnt recommend alchol while on this drug at first it was ok then i felt dizzy and i was sick i only had one shot of baileys in coffee..i still feel tierd but ok i have alot going on at the moment ...i still cant get used to breakfast and lunch and i have found that if im eating anything too sweet i cant eat much of it ...how are you though any change?

as far as im aware it can tak 3 months to have an effect but im not trying to get pregnant as in sterile so maybe we can share info
