Help? Confused? cyst

Last week with my ultrasound I had a cyst 6cm by 4.5cm.  Yesterday I go to the doctor and he was ready to scheduale surgery to remove it the results said endometria inside or something like that?  Then he does a sonogram there in his office and the cyst is a totally different size it got smaller and it was clearer wich i'm happy about but i don't understand?  Could it be because i'm ovulating right now?  Anyway I have to wait another 2 weeks till I get my period and start taking bc plls.  Then go back to him to see if it is gone.  I'm confused?

Ok i have cysts too and i have been told that they do come and go and normally you get them when you are ovulating and on your period. However, some cysts stay present constantly and thats what im dealing with i had them diagnoised in November and as of yet they havent gone and im due to go and see a gyno in April about sorting them out but i do not want to go on BC as im trying to conceive but if it gets rid of them then i probably have no choice and will have to go on BC but my worry is will they come back when i come back off BC to try for a baby.

Well the doctor told me once you have a baby the cysts will most likely stop.  He tells me to hurry it on up...

Really?? God in that case i hope i get pregnant quick and the cysts stop!
