I was also diagnosed with pcos. I didn't get my period for 6 months. My ob/gyn told me that I prob wont get preg. and plus I only have 1 fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. She told me that I don't ovulate so no babies for me. WELLLL. a couple weeks later I took a pg test and guess what Im PG. 8 weeks today. So I guess its up to ur body and the man above all of us. :)

PCOS does not always mean problems with ovulation, especially when hormones are not distorted. Spontaneous conception is possible especially around the time of ovulation. Hence it would be best to take a pregnancy test if periods are missed.
