Im in need of help, i have pcos, but not sure whats wrong.

Hi i have Pcos an have been on birthcontrol to regulate my periods. However Since February I've been barley bleeding and i cant figure out why.
But my problem is i started getting pregnancy symptoms this month; weird cravings, mood swings, constantly tired, body changes, most of there regular signs. I even looked into my cervix positioning and its really different for supposed to be on my period. But i am bleeding (i guess) just very small amounts red with sometimes dark colored blood clots and im not cramping at all. The women in my family also tend to always get negative urine tests for pregnancy. And with all the research ive done, an other ladys ive spoke to with pcos some even get negative results with the blood test too.
Im just needing to know what are the possiblities of whats going on with my body.
