Is it possible for me to have PCOS?

So I've been dealing with painful cramps before and after my cycles and even sharp pains at times. I have back pain when I have the cramps or the sharp pains. I feel like I have most of the symptoms of PCOS except for my periods are generally normal lasting up to 4 days. I get mad around the time of my cycles too. All of this seemed to happen within the last year or so. I have almost all of the symptoms: Increased hair on my face, and grossly on my breast around my nipples, acne in places such as my buttocks, face, legs, skin tag that developed under my underarm, I don't sleep well anymore at night, I have anxiety and depression. I went to my doctor, and she said it sounded like I had PCOS, so she ran blood tests: HGBA1C and a Testosterone test. My HGBA1C I viewed on my patient portal today, and it said it was a 5.6, everything I am reading either says its pre diabetic or its not. Would you say I am pre diabetic? She said if the lab tests are high, she is going to do an ultrasound for cysts. I am really scared, because I heard it is hard to have children with PCOS. I'm 28 years old and I've had one miscarriage when I was 18 years old. I do know I have a tilted uterus. My mom also said she had trouble conceiving with her first child, that it took her 5 years and she had to take clomid, but she was never diagnosed with PCOS. Help please!
