Mini-wheats are my new Best Friend

Most of the articles I read about PCOS reference a relationship with insulin resistance.  Complex carbohydrates are to be most beneficial to you because their easier for your body to break down meaning your body can use more of your food for energy and not store it as fat - well I have an addiction to food so I started finding information on what types of foods have complex carbohydrates.
Among lots, whole grains are an excellent source and these little buddies are just right for snacking in between meals or anytime of the day really.  I found this website with some comparisons that are very interesting:
