Need help please

Hi all :) .. After having a miscarraige (miscarriage) docs found lots of tiny cysts on both ovaries and suspect I may have pcos.. Ive read about it but dont really understand, i have no symptoms really.. And I got pregnant, unfortunatly lost it but it still means I ovulated? Im so worried, I really want children :( Can anyone explain what this means? Im due to go back in 3 months but cant wait that long :( And also if i get pregnant again does this mean ill keep having a misscarriage??

Hi,
It is really unfortunate that you had a miscarriage. However PCOS does not always mean a problem in having children. PCOS or a polycystic ovary is a symptom complex that includes scanty & irregular menstruation, excessive weight gain & excessive hair & infertility. You can try for a natural conception. In case of difficulty a gynaecologist can be of help. Also a miscarriage can be averted with rest and proper pre-natal treatment.
Take care and good luck.
