Not sure if this is where to post this?

Good morning.  I am new to this today, but wanted to see if anyone out here could help me.  I am not really sure where to start.  Guess the beginning would work.  I have 3 children am just over 30, and have been having troubles with my ovaries, and uterus so I thought.  Had a check up and found out that I have an over growth of bacteria, she called it bacterial vaginosious.  But from what I read I do not have the systems that go along with this.  Had an ultra sound only for it to come out to say that nothing has changed from my last one significally from the year before.  I still have 2 small fibroids in my uterus, and a had a small cyst on my rt ovary.  Nothing to speak of though.  Should get to to the point or I will never get an answer.  I have been feeling extremely bloated lately, have had feeling of having to have a bowel movement even when I don't have to go, and when my bladder is full I get sharp pains that I feel are coming from my ovaries, or my uterine area.  Even though the dr says there is nothing wrong there to be causing the pain, I am bloated, tired, in pain, bruising, and all this combined has made intercourse with my husband uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Nothing seems to make sense, and frustrated and worried..  Any one out there that may be able to suggest something that I could check into

I appreciate the help.  I have been on the search all over in the internet myself.  I have been calling every few days to find out if he has any cancellation, however this has produced anything sooner.  I have had irregular periods since I started getting them when I was 11.  There were time when I could go for 6 months, and not get a period.  I had put on bc and this didn't regulate.  I was on clomid for about 3 months, and kept getting sick from it, so we went off and 6 months later we were blessed with our oldest (8), and then 2 years later we tried for the second, and were referred to a fertility dr, was on shots on and off for 2 years until we finally did insemination, and I was lucky enough to be pregnant with my now almost 4 year old twins.  My tubes are tied, and I just would rather have everything taken out.  My periods before kids were like 2 days, and hardly anything at all.  I now have become pretty regular each month, however they are very heavy and last about 6-7 days.  All the symptoms for the endo are what I have however just because I have them like you said doesn't mean that is what it is.  I have even thought that maybe I am having some sort of inflammation with my appendicts due to the localized pain in my lower rt side, but then again where do I go.  I am 30 years old with 3 under 8.  I don't let the pain affect my way of life, I push through and don't let that show. Just the way I have always been.
AGAIN... I truely thank you for anything you can help with!!!

Hmmm, well with the pap I never had an abnormal one either, however I have PCOS. I'm thinking even though the fribroids are small, they could still cause pain. Any chance you can get in sooner to see your OB? Are your periods heavy and/or painful? Well I did alittle research and came up with these symptoms for endo. Just remember even if you have any of these symptoms, it does not always mean you have this. When I was sick, I was doing research all over the net and kept thinking I had a ton of different problems. Turned out just having PCOS. If you can i would really try to get into your OB sooner, just so you can start feeling better and knowing what your up against.

Pain before and during periods
Pain with intercourse
General, chronic pelvic pain throughout the month
Low back pain
Heavy and/or irregular periods
Painful bowel movements, especially during menstruation
Painful urination during menstruation
Fatigue
Infertility
Diarrhoea or constipation

I had only seen the nurse practioner so she really wasn't much help.  She told me that from the ultrasound that the 2 fibroids I have the are small and should not cause the pain, or cause the issues that I am having.  AFA the cyst this was minimal as well.  I do have a normal BM everyday, but still have the feeling throughout the day that I need to go but nothing that feel urgent.  Just feel so bloated, and just doesn't make sense.  The pain seems to be localized in my lower right side even though my entire pelvic region feels tight, the pain seems to stem from my lower right side.  I do have an appt with the normal OB not for another month to check for the possiblity of endometriosis, but I have never had an abnormal pap which I would presume would show up if this was the case.  They have not done any blood work that would help me come to any kind of conclusion.  I am so confused, and worried that I don't know where to go next.

Could it be from the cyst and fribroids you have? My aunt has fribroids and she has most of the pain like you have. Have you gotten bloodwork done to make sure it's not your hormones? Do you make frequent BM's? Because trust me (and I really know about this), if you don't go atleast once a day you can start to get bloated and feel really tired because of the toxins in your body. Are your period's regular?
