Do you know what really works during or having PCOS, what type of exercise or food can I eat to keep a healthy body weight. I'm 35 now, and Since I was 28 I gain lot of weight, I'm 5'3 my weight is 215 lb, I start a diet and only get to loose like 5 pounds and I get tired. God, but I can't get to keep a good diet.. Doctor prescribed me metformin, but I keep stopping it,I start and stop due to the side effects and my dosage is low. I'm kind of concerned because I have not had a period since 15 months, not gotten pregnant. And I'm overweight. I walk a lot 'cause I don't have a car to go to work, but I know I've been eating a lot. I really want kids, and also be healthy. Any suggestions, have Metformin work for you, what diets. I tried to put myself in treatment to conceive over a year ago,and that did not work.
