PCOS - Doctors refusing treatment could lead to death?

I have had pcos for 21 years. I had total hysterectomy with ovary removal because me gyne and endo said it would cure pcos. Wrong!! The hrt made my breasts grow larger. A year later, I had an MI (exactly a year later). 2 years again, almost to the day, a second MI with a-fib. Been told over and over to lose weight but nothing seems to work. Gained 20 lbs in 2 months going to the gym. Docs refuse vaniqa for hair. Refused metformin for years even though all labs are abnormal. Refused wls. I dont know what to do. I'm scared I'll die because my docs blame me for my health problems and refuse to treat the pcos. Anyone else experience anything similar?

I would suggest seeing another doctor that will help you.
