Watch out for the side effects...as the other two ladies stated, one w/ breakfast, one w/ lunch, and one w/ dinner...its hard when you don't eat 3 meals a day tho...good luck

When I first started, I took mine in the morning. 1x a day, then after that I went to morning and night. I only take it 2 times a day 1000mg. I would say since your going up to 1500mg, try three times a day. 1 morning, 1 afternoon and 1 before bed.

I took 500mg first week, you can choose anytime of the day to begin with, I did afternoon, then 1000mg, I did morning and night and then1500mg, I did three times a day. Morn, afternoon and at night. It's a bit troublesome, and at the begining I found it hard to follow religiously, but with time, I got used to it. All the best. x
