Hi,
PCOS can be corrected with treatment and a pregnancy is possible. Weight loss will go a long way in normalising hormone levels. Hence eating healthy and exercise is a must. Also drugs like metformin may help. Induction of ovulation will help achieve a pregnancy. Discuss with your Doctor.
Hope this helps. Take care and good luck.
