PCOS? Really?

I fell pregnant in jan 08 after bein told i had endometriosis and i would never be able to have children. the first 6 months of my pregnancy where horrible i sufferd from excruciating pain and depression. the doctors told me they didnt know what was wrong.
after i had my daughter in sept 08 my periods went haywire and the pain i was having with them was worse than most of my contractions. so i gave in and paid to see a private doctor and have a scan. he told me i had PCOS.
the first thing i did when i got home was to look it up on the internet.
i have absolutly no symptoms of PCOS other than the cysts. i had a perfectly normal pregnancy apart from the pains. no high blood pressure, no diabetes, etc...
is this possible? do i really have PCOS?
i have every sypmtom of endometriosis yet im told im too young to have that. (im 19)
can anyone shed a little light for me on this? i think im going insane!!!!!
