PCOS stomach pain

hello every1 i have pcos but the last 2-3 weeks i have developed really bad stomach pain and my left side of the stomach is swollen is this normal for having pcos ? and what can i take for the pain ? also the side my pain and swelling is on is the side that the pcos is on .any help would be amazing thanks ...

I would take a visit to the doctor. It is possible for a cyst on the ovaries to grow
