What are the odds of getting pregnant when one suffers from pcos??? and how will you know when is the right time to have sex, since i dont have regular periods??? plz plz help somebody?????

Most women with PCOS don't ovulate and thus cannot become pregnant. So the first treatment option for infertility is usually the administration of drugs to induce ovulation like Clomid. Secondly Glucophage or Metformin is an insulin-sensitizing agent that is sometimes used in conjunction with Clomid.
Other than that, Injectable HCG, Hmg, FSH, GnRH and assisted reproduction like IUI, IVF, GIFT AND ICSI may also be used. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist,

You can talk to your doctor about when is the right time but the chances varies it just depends on the individual. I tried with medication(Clomid) for a month and conceived. Im currently 36 weeks now. Good luck :)
