There are many different tx for PCOS when ttc. I am on a monitored IUI cycle, with clomid and injectables.
I had a friend that took metaformin and she became pg after 3 months on it.
Most doctors don't consider anyone to have a problem ttc until after a year of trying with unprotected sex. However, if you are over 35, then after 6 months, if not sooner.
Good luck!
