I didnt have any success with loosing belly fat, but I did lose weight. The belly didnt budge. I followed a PCOS diet my doctor gave. That was two years ago and I have quit that and is on something else.

Hey, i went on a very low carb and a semi hi protein diet, lots of excercize and deffinatly lots of sit ups and got rid of the belly fat however, its been 2 years and i have gained 15lbs back and it is mostly belly fat. The point is that it actually worked.  I broke my ankle and stoped working out. :(

I am on the HCG diet. We dont have to exercise on this diet, but I've chose to do Yoga when I get up in the morning.
