Hi , i'm 26 years , i got married before 1 yr ago , i was diagnosed to have pco and i have amenorrhea, my dr. Put me on glucophage 850 once daily , WFS total fertility pcos, and she gave me clomid from the day 5 of period then on duphaston but unfortunately my folicles became over activated so she stopped it ,now i'm on the 2 first medication i listed above, vit B6 with progylutone , i'm heartly want to be pregnant , for how many month my Mc will become regular with regular ovulation? Will i become pregnant while i'm taking progyluton? What's the correct choice of medication that regulate me LH to FSH ratio as normal? I have the only disturbed ratio of these 2 hormons , all the others are normal and my weight is 66 kg , 167 cm tall, should i reduce my weight?

Hii sana , v. Good news lossing that weight , hope u get well soon , actually i left all the doctors i visited before , i'm only taking ultrasound each month to see if the cysts are there or not , taking only glucophage , total fertility , b complex , doing exercise. Hope i get better

em tired now soo medinice injections and hoping every month... this month my follicle was small 9mm so doctor said m this month is not possilbe...
Em feeling alone reallyy em fighting only with my self... even my husband is soo chill and supported.... Really i need to pray but i dont offer namaz ... :(

Good to knw about you.... actually yesterday my ultrasound was very bad and my treatment of this month is canncel now... ll try next month after my periods cycle.. i really cry in hospital and told my husband my heart is broken now.....

today my ultrasound was good dr told m there are many small follicles but one of them is 11mm.. she give m glonal f 150 for more 2 days... On 22.10.14 i have my final ultrasound.... and em worried bcx my brother in law is getting married on deccember and every1 is happpy , and i cried and told my husbnd i am fat em not pretty now they all family relatives will come and make fun of me.....
i am 23years old.... and i wanna ask you where are you from... i am living in Qatar but em from pakistn..thmxxxx alottttttttttttttt for these meaning full wordss ....

Dear sana i'm fine , don't worry dear , i had the same feelings just like u , all my friends became pregnants except me , but what can i do this is God will i'm praying every moment to get regular mc and so can i become preg. I'm eating all the valuable food , i left all can food even soda,pepsi and so on , i'm doing excersice especialy after period , u will lose weight , and become beautifull , don't lose ur faith , and i think u r too young to be pesimist like that , u r 1993 right?

I am soo worried and excited , just finished my 3days of gonal f injection..tommorow morning is my ultrasound day...
lets see what i got.... em feeling bad my frnds and even my big sister is pregreant but i am not feeling happy... why i am feeling so bad i am not like that..... and i have no confident after gainning soo weight i feel ugly... :( :( :( just praying

Dear sanaa don't worry just let your doctor know that u didn't have period after duphaston , and remember that whenever u r depressed this will affect negatively in your case because it all depend on hormons and something psychically

Dear sana don't worry many women have the same syndrome and they got pregnant , so take it easy , relax and try not to think that u r abnormal , bcz it effect negatively , but also try to avoid unusefull , fast food , avoid red meet , try to eat vegetables , vegetated protein , grains , and do exercise every day , it will help u to get regular mc.hope u get well soon dear

Hi, my story is similar too urs. 1year has been passed of my marriage still trying. My doctor give m Glocophage 500 AND dhuphaston . AFTER soo many months of tryng she give m clomid but no good follicle . Now she advice m too injection Gland f.
lets see.... but my weight is too much going on.... this pcos making m ugly.
