I have done the cd21 bloodwork, and i chart bbt and use opk's. so far no ovulation, on my ultrasound i didn't have any mature folicles.  this is my first month with clomid and metformin together.  hopefully my last..my doctor said if i don't ovulate this cycle she will switch my meds, i think injections are next.

I don't use clomid, never did. I am not TTC at this moment. Sometimes these things take time. Allot of women on here have taken rounds and rounds of clomid with no luck, and then the moment they stop trying they fall pregnant. Do you do blood work after you finish clomid to check if there are any signs you might ovulate? I think the test is the progestren test at cd21. Has your doctor talked to you about other options yet? Maybe another type of medicine similar to clomid?

i forgot to put that in sorry. I finished my ten day dosage of prometrium six days ago, i'm waiting for af to arrive. I have had to take it every cycle, i took three rounds of clomid (50,100,150mg) before i was diagnosed with pcos (normal bloodwork and weight). So far i have not ovulated with any of my cycles.  Of course i convinced myself that maybe i missed the signs of ovulation, so i tested this morning BFN.  I'm starting over this cycle with 50mg clomid but i am now on 1500mg metformin also so maybe it will work.  thank you for your reply are you using clomid too? if so have you ovulated? I just feel like this isn't going to work.

Has your doctor thought about giving you provera to induce your period to help with your TTC? Also, I see your cd41 have you tested just to make sure your not pregnant now?
