2 months back, I had a spoting and went to see my doctor.I had a urine test done which showed a negative pregnancy but my blood work showed hcg levels to be 25 which was very low and thats the reason y it dint show up on urine test.My OB/GYN did an ultrasound and said its a chemical pregnancy and that resulted in a miscarriage.
For people with PCOS like us, its hard to predict anything without proper tests.
So its better u confirm with a blood work and an ultrasound.
