Without going through my history of everything again...I have been having pain what I thought was my ovary. It jabs at me, if I lay on my side which is almost all day as my back hurts if I sit for too long - I "work" from home. Sometimes just walking makes it "flare up". I went and had an internal ultrasound today. They found my ovaries to be not "the classic PCOS" ovaries...I've NEVER had a cyst they've seen on the 3 ultrasounds I've had over the last 3-4 yrs. But still I have this intense pain which has only been going on off and on a couple months...I noticed it got worse when she took the "wand" and pressed over in the left side where the ovary would be.
The pain goes away when I have my period, but comes back the next day.
I thought it was my ovary, because at one point I was on Clomid (which helped me ovulate but I never got pregnant) and every time I ovulated I had the same pain. In the same spot.
Anyone have any suggestions on what this could be? My OB said it wasn't anything she could see and to seek out my reg. Dr.
