Unwanted orgasms

Hi I know that diagnosis cannot really be given or confirmed over the net, but I really at the end of my tether.
I am British living  with my girlfriend in Hungary and she is experiencing  a very harrowing and strange problem which none of the doctors we have seen can help or identify the condition.
My girlfriend is 33 years and we have a 2 and half year old son, and she has never had any serious illness before.
Around 5 weeks ago she went to the gynecologist with a pain in the left side( around the ovary area) he prescribed some antibiotics and she felt fine. Around a week later she had the persistent feeling that she had to urinate but could not, we went to another Gynecologist and again were given a different course of antibiotics. After finishing the course she began to experience extreme hypersensitivity of her clitoris and it leads to continuous unwanted orgasms.
I know this sound crazy but she is in real and constant discomfort, and she is really depressed, she can’t even remove her panties normally as she will have another unwanted orgasm. She also experiences a burning sensation when she urinates.
We have went other doctors and she had a 5 day stay in a local hospital but still no one can identify or treat the problem. She has had yeast infection tests, blood work, Antibiotics, countless other medications, ultrasound and even a brain CT and all results have came back clear.
Doctors here are just shrugging their shoulders but not pointing us in the right direction to go, they are quite rude and very indifferent to our plight.
This whole event is really hurting my family and really affecting my son because my girlfriend is really scared and can’t operate or function normally.
Can anyone recommend me who to talk to or has anyone heard of a similar problem before.
I have read about Priapism but her clitoris shows no change and is not swollen or erect, and we mention this to doctors who dismissed it, so I think it can be ruled out but I am not a doctor, can anyone help?

This won't help much, but I have read of some medication that was given for something else (sinus issues? can't remember) that had as an odd side effect that when the person sneezed, he or she would have an orgasm.  So it can certainly happen.  My thought is that this should wear off, if it was caused by the antibiotics.  If not, orgasms are cause by blood rushing in to the area (the penis if a man and the clitoris if a woman), maybe a blood vessel has broken and caused there to be unrestrained flow of blood into the clitoris?  Has she tried any kind of tight wrapping of a menstrual pad against that area, to see if compression helps?

I experience exactly what you are talking about and have been to countless docs and no one knows what to do with me, i even just had an injection of linocane to stop this feeling, throbbing, and how extremely senseitive i am down there and nothing has helped it, each day all day long it bothers me and it gets to a point i have to go give the devil its dues by giving myself an organism up to 10 or more times a day, i cant take it anymore and the only thing that has helped relieve the feeling is pain meds but i cant live on those the rest of my life and yes i have squirted before but it does nothing to relieve this

there is a problem not unheard of that women just have this they are uncomfortable and have to masturbate to relieve the pain countless sometimes hundreds of times a day it's debilitating and you can't live a normal life um i've seen a treatment of electric shock and a woman who felt constantly throbbing and stimulated went through this treatment and there was no throbbing for a day i'm sorry i know not any technical names for this. hope this helps point you in the right direction. ps have and or can you make her squirt? feel free to contact me further i can tell you how to make her if you want to know, for me when i need to ejaculate it feels like you have to pee and cannot
