Weight watchers is a great program. My mom did it and lost about 50lbs. I tried to follow the program too, but I felt it wasn't "right" for me. Right now, what I do is eat about 5 small meals a day (3 regular meals and 2 snacks). I find I eat about every 3-4 hours plus plenty of water. Are you taking any meds with having pcos? I take metformin 500mg 2x plus bc pills. I have lost just close to 60lbs. I find that most diets work, if you: cut out as much unnecessary calories (such as drinks, never ever drink a desert!!!), drink plenty of water and also write a food journel. It really helps. I started doing that on here as a private journel, and I really see what I consume. I wish you all the luck in the world!!! And just remember any diet you shoot for about 1-2lbs weight lose a week. In the begining you might find it easy to lose 5+ lbs because most is water weight, so don't get down in the dumps if you only lose 1lb a week. Good luck and welcome to our Community!

At the min I take metformin 500mg, 2 a day and plus bc pills. I have also tried other things such as extra vitamins and yeast cause it is recomended but my body did nt react well to the yeast... Think i will try weight watchers for a while see how it works for me, sure caant do any harm anyway, herd that a low gi diet is ment to be very good as well.
