Hi, I'm Grace from Philippines, 25yrs. Of age , I'm 3 months delayed, and I took pregnancy urine test in the first month that I'm delayed and the result is positive I did it 5 times and same result it's positive  but my transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) findings or result say's:

Uterus is unenlarged , retroverted with normal myometrial echopattern. It measures about 5.1 x 3.1 x 4.1 cm. The endometrium is thin and echogenic measuring about 6.9-mm. No myoma seen.
The right ovary measures 2.0 x 3.0 cm while the left ovary measures 2.4 x 3.0 cm.
Subcentimeter cystic foci are noted in the cervix.
No adnexal mass noted.
No cul-de-sac fluid collection

Impression
Unenlarged , retroverted uterus with thin and echogenic endometrium.
Nabothian cysts
Normal ultrasound of both ovaries
No adnexal mass
No posterior CUL DE SAC FLUID

and after a month and it's my 2nd month of menstruation delayed I took a pregnancy urine test again 3 times and the result is positive again so I decided to take a second opinion to another ob-gyne my ob requested me again for another transviganal ultrasound (TVS) and my 2nd ultrasound findings says :

"The anteverted uterus measures 4.5 x 4.3 x 3.4 cm. The myometrium is homogenous with no focal lesions. The cervix measures 2.4 x 2.9 x 2.6 cm. with tiny Nabothian cysts. The endometrium measures 7.0 mm. No gestational sac seen .
Both ovaries are normal in size. The right ovary measures 3.4 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm. The left ovary measures 3.0 x 2.4 x 2.3 cm. Multiple subcentimeter follicles of similar sizes are seen in the left ovary arranged in a peripheral fashion. Few subcentimeter follicles are seen within the right ovary.
No adnexal masses noted.
There is no abnormal free fluid seen.

Impression :
Normal - sized uterus with thin endometrium.
Polycystic - like left ovary
Normal right ovary
Please correlate clinically.

And aside of the I feel some kind of pain frequently inside of me i don't know if it's in my cervix or in my ovary , and at the back of my hips part. Is there anyone here can help me and I want help ,for me to know and to clarrify the findings and the results of my ultrasound . What must I do or what the best thing I can do. I need your help please give me some advice , thank you so much  and God bless :-)

Did either doctor do a blood test to see if you are pregnant?  If they did and you are (which it is hard to see that you could get a positive on a urine test if you are not), the doc should be looking to see where the pregnancy is in your body if it is not in the uterus.  An ectopic pregnancy can be very dangerous.

If they did a blood test and it came up negative for pregnancy, then you need to ask your doctor why your home urine tests are all coming up positive.

But the doc will not believe your word of positive tests unless or until the doctor's pregnancy test comes up positive, so get in there and insist on a blood test.
