cinnamon for pcos
So I heard that you can take cinnamon for insulin resistance.. Anyone ever heard this before or tryed it?!

My mom is type 2 diabetic and she takes cinnamon to lower her glucose. She says it works.

Yeah pills. They have them at the stores with all the vitamins.. Supposed to help with insulin resistance. This one chick didn't ovulate for 5 years then started taking it and ovulated!!
