yes you can get pregnant off of the lowest dosage of clomid i did and now im 20 wks pregnant,now about being able to tell if your pregnant now would be to soon i would think may be this will give you some ideas, i had my last period on aug 25th & on day 3 i took 50 mg of clomid i didnt find out i was pregnant until sept 25th exactly and i was 4wks & a few days i hope that little info help you out some.
