intramural myoma

i've just received the result of my transvaginal ultrasound test.  i just had my menstruation a few days ago but i was a bit worried because of this slight pain in my lower left abdomen. anyways, i will be visiting my doctor tomorrow. can you help me interpret the result?  read on...

1. the anteverted uterus is normal in size measuring 6.07 x 3.88 x 3.52 cms.

2. endemetrial stripes is not thickened.

3. there is an antero-fundal hypo echoic solid focus measuring 1.52 x 1.26 x 1.15 cms.

4. there is no evidence of intrauterine gestational sac of more than 4-5 sonar weeks.

5. there is no abnormal cul de sac fluid.

6. both ovaries cannot be adequately evaluated but as far as can be ascertained there is no adnexal mass demonstrated.

7. impression:  intramural myoma
