irregular periods, low blood sugar, and a myriad of other symptoms

I have not been diagnosed with PCOS, but I suspect I may have it. I have been on birth control since I was 18, and I am 23 now. Last year, I stopped taking the pill for five months and I didn't get a period at all. Then I started the pill again and for the first month I was getting cramps the whole month. The second month I bled almost the entire month and had cramps and mood swings. This month has been normal. Over the past year, I have experienced increased facial hair growth, weight gain, chest pains, fatigue, joint pain, migraines, and headaches. I also have low blood sugar. I just don't feel good most days. I'm very tired all the time, even though I get lots of sleep. I get headaches a lot, and I have frequent chest and lung pains and sharp pains in my head. My knees and hips get achy, and its very painful to stand for a long time or walk up a lot of stairs. I get a migraine headache about once a year that has me throwing up and unable to get out of bed. I've never been a very energetic person, but I just feel tired all the time. I've started relying on caffeine more and more. I don't know if my problems are just normal aging, or if I need to see a doctor about it. I would appreciate any help or information. Thank you so much.
