Can i take seven seas trying for a baby vitamins whilst taking metformin?

On the face of it there is no harm in taking seven sea’s cod liver oil. Usually omega-3 fatty acids are healthy for the body. However, since you already have a metabolic disorder (insulin resistance) due to PCOS, it is advisable to first consult your treating doctor before taking this supplement. Take care!
