my fertility doc is going to put me on clomid & letrozole along with some injections?

my fertility specialist is going to put me on clomid & letrozole starting this cycle.also she is going to inject me with some injections to stimulate ovulation.i have pcos.i am scared because it all sounds so confusing.i thought i ovulated on my own but she says i didnt..has anyone been through this treatment or used this combination?any success stories?i am going out of my mind with worry.

Try not to spend too much energy worrying about it. There is no way you'll be able to make a definitive decision about how to proceed. Doctors have doubts themselves. The important thing to focus on is being good to yourself...if that means indulging on some chocolate instead of eating spinach, then enjoy yourself. Best luck on your adventure.

hello there,thank u so much for answering,i was suppose to start taking clomid & those injection from tomaro on 28th sep.but guess what happened!!2 days back i found out that i m pregnant.it happened on metformin itself but my docter thinks it has happened becz of the 10 kgs i lost.weight loss in PCOS is the biggest beneficial thing,pls keep praying for me that all goes well from here.thank u so much!
