pcos & heart shaped uterus

I'm 28 newly married & we been trying for a few months to get pregnant. I was just wondering if anyone else had both conditions. I'm just nervous and upset that I may not be able to get pregnant and if I do because of my heart shaped uterus ill m/c. Anyone else have any luck? Or advice?

HI,
Heart shaped uterus is not a major anomaly and also there are excellent treatment options available for PCOS. Hence getting pregnant should not be a problem. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
Hope this helps.
