pcos and need a baby

Hello im 25 years old and i want ti get pregnant with pcos syndroms (syndromes). I started with climid and metformi it didnt work. I mooved to menogon and i had hyperstimulation. I tried gonalf f this ladt month i had  3 folicules but the weird is that my period is 8 days late with blood pregnancy test negative and usualy before my period i have brownsec

In women with polycystic ovaries, induction of ovulation can be achieved with a combination of drugs. Also combining this with IUI intra uterine insemination will give better results. The last resort can be IVF or in vitro fertilization. Consult an infertility expert.

I cannot afford ivf what can be the best replacement? I need to get pregnant urgently and ifu did ivf what is the probability to be positive? Till now 10 days with no period after pregnil and gonalf f in eco there is no cyst can u explain why no period even plz i had 3 filicules during the treatment?
