Talk to your doctor. Every person is different.

Honestly, just make a sexy time and try your hardest not to think about it. I have a friend with PCOS and she tried all kinds of fertility treatments and they didn't work. She was convinced she couldn't get pregnant. A year later she got pregnant the old fashioned way :) seriously though, if you're meant to have a baby you will have one regardless of what you have to go through. Best of luck!

One other thing. Do your best to lose some weight before getting pregnant. I was a bit overweight before I got pregnant and it just made it so hard to do anything with all of the extra weight from the baby. I was so exhausted every day.

I too have it. At first I stressed about everything but dinally realized that wasn't good. We opted not to do any major fertility treatments. I lost about 10lbs and only temped bbt to see if the clomid was helping me ovulate (granted I didn't know much more follow up should have been done by my dr)..time w my husband became more about us than just making a baby and now...here I am 8+5and going strong. I suggest talking w your doctor,  weigh your options and go from there.

I would recommend walking everyday to burn calories and building blood flow then get one birth control and then try immediately after stopping birth control. That will increase your chances.

Have you tried an ovulation predictor test?

I was lucky in that I never had to do ivf or iui. Doc gave me Femara (similar to Clomid) to make me fertile. Then I did one shot that forced my ovulation. We had intercourse over the next 2-3 days. First baby took 5 months of trying that way. My second it took 10 months, but I was very stressed as we were buying a house, my dad died, and I started a new job. All in 2 months time! I have 2 healthy kids now :)

I have pcos also and we have been trying for five years to get me pregnant and nothing worked. Then by the grace of God I found out in April that I'm pregnant. I'm now 31weeks pregnant. This pregnancy has truly been a gift from the good Lord above

I also have PCOS.  I worked very hard to lose weight and did, then had to have my thyroid removed.  Unfortunately I gained it all back within months and now after my thyroid levels are normalized, apparently my ovulation normalized as well, and I'm pregnant with my first 19w4d.  It can happen and I never believed it would for me.

Thank you. I don't know what else to say about this pregnancy. this pregnancy has been more than I expected it to be. I haven't had any morning sickness. Baby moves more now than he did in the beginning. I just couldn't be more grateful to God for this miracle baby. This baby boy that I "cooking" inside me is truly my miracle baby.
