hey i have pco and havent had a period for years i came on yesturday and was so heavy and sore.does this mean my cycle is coming back to normal

Unfortunately not always. Hopefully in your case it will be but I don't have periods either and I randomly had one in August and nothing since. I have PCOS so I get a prescription for progesterone tablets every 3 months to bring on a period
