pregnant? cyst? miscarriage?

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 years ago. Ive been on birth control since. On january 1st i had what i thought was my period, i had some brownish and some pinkish spotting that lasted more than a week. Since then, i havnt had my period, so 3 months! I have taken multiple home pregnancy test and they all came back negative. Lately i have bad lower back pain, fatigue, migrane-like headaches, and often feel lightheaded. On the other hand ive lost 45 lbs in the past year and i sometimes go a couple of days without eating. I have almost zero appetite. I just dont know what to make of any of this. Maybe i had a miscarriage back in jan? Maybe i have ovarian cycts? Maybe im pregnant? Please help! Freaking out over here!

With PCOS you will have lots of cysts. It sou D's like your body has built up a tolerance to the BC. That happened to me twice and I had to switch to a new dosage to fix it. Don't freak out. Just consult your doc about it. Its totally normal

Hi,
The delayed periods can be due to PCOS or the excessive weight loss. General ill health and anaemia can result in headaches and dizziness and you need to see your Doctor for an examination. Also you should consult a gynaecologist for a pelvic examination and an ultrasound scan which will help make the diagnosis. Hope this helps.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
