pregnant with all tests saying negative?

has anyone had negative hpt, blood and ultrasound to look at ovaries and still thought they was pregnant?Hello, January 26th was my last full period. I have been loosing weight for 2 years now after changing my diet and exercise. Ever since i did that my periods have become regular. They last 7 weeks with only two to three days of heavy bleeding. Before i used to bleed heavily for two weeks straight. In February a week before my period should of came i spotted on and off a couple days didnt have to wear a pad just when i wiped. The day of my period it was little heavy but still had spots of blood on pad only. In march same thing happen but now im still bleeding since then no more than a pad a day.Went to obgyn and doctor says i have pcos and thyroid problem. Has anyone been told they have pcos but really was pregnant. I have never been told this before by any gyno my pap tests always came out good. I did a prediction and my conceived date would be 2 days before my appt with diet dr and thats when he said i had thryoid problem but my last diet dr never said i did. Help lost and confused here. I feel pregnant

Hun your not pregnant. I understand you would like to be but you should definitely seek treatment for pcos first bc ttc will be a challenge and for most end up in miscarriage without the help of a Dr. Losing weight can significantly reduce symptoms but pcos is a hormonal imbalance, there will be time when your period seems normal but that could just be early onset pcos. What you are describing with your bleeding is a classic case of a abnormal period, which when accompanied by blood test and or ultrasound can give you a diagnosis of such. However feeling pregnant pcos will do to you cramping the whole  nine yards. If you desire to be pregnant talk to your doctor about metformin to help weight loss, provera to start a normal period and Clomid during ovulation.  Pardon the long post.

Its all looking in to your uterus they still would have caught a pregnancy with your ultrasound

I looked up about pcos and none of the symptoms relate to me. I have had blood work done too and nothing ever linked to pcos. I have been pregnant before as well but miscarried

if you have had urine and blood pregnancy tests and an ultrasound and they are all negative then you're definitely not pregnant - it would have been picked up on all of those tests.

PCOS can mimic a lot of pregnancy symptoms - weight gain, hormone changes, irregular bleeding. Speak to your doctor about medication that can ease the symptoms of PCOS.

With pcos you have none to little or irregular periods and you wouldn't be able to find out you have pcos with a pap if your getting negative pregnancy tests and blood also the ultrasound then your not pregnant they would have seen it the bleeding thing you described is normal for woman with pcos
