relations between pcos and diabetes?

i was diagnosed with pcos earlier.
i heard pcos has something to do with glucose level in blood.
so is this mean if i have pcos would i be also having diabetes?
im pretty lean figure, and experiencing no sudden changes of my body.

thank you, the fact that you dont have diabetes relieved me in some way.
recently i took blood sample for some other reason and i asked my dr to check for diabetes as well, just to be extra clear :)

I was always small too.  Now in my early 50's, I can't keep the middle section away.  I never thought I would be this way but I think it has a lot to do with PCOS.  But good news, no diabetes.
