should I go to the er?

I have pcos, severe pelvic pain, watery discharge, diarrhea, trouble sleeping due to pain; should I go back to the er? I'm going to call to see if I can find another dr for a second opinion on my medical condition. I think there's more going on than just pcos. I just want to know if I should continue to writhe in pain or just pray it will pass... Ty
