spotting with pcos

I have Pcos Iv had it for a while i get periods every three months, but recentley I havent had one in 6 months but a few days ago i was spotting and it quit did it like once and now im spotting again I dont have any cramps or but some kinda pain thats not bad at all. could I be pregnat or is it just maybe the cyst

HI,
It is difficult to say whether the delayed periods are because of PCOS or pregnancy. It would be best to confirm it by a home pregnancy test or a blood test or an ultrasound scan.
