Clomid did nothing for me. Went all natural, maca, progesterone cream, and Voted w/ **** quai. DH is also infertile (low count). Told by 3 doctors we'd never conceive on our own. Left no room for hope. Currently 8 weeks along. It will happen. Mind over matter!

I just want to add that clomid shouldn't be taken the months you have cysts. Hopefully your doctor is monitoring you on day 2 or 3 of your cycle for this. You could need emergent surgery or loose an ovary if you take fertility meds when you have a cyst. Best of luck on your ttc journey!

Yes continue to take the Metformin. Coming from experience you have to take it regularly. Make sure and try and take it at the same time everyday if you can. Yes colmid can be taken by people with PCOS. It does have a pretty good rate of success as does most medications for fertility. So do not let that friend discourage you! If you want a baby go for it! Good luck honey will be praying for ya!
