Do you know what really works during or having PCOS, what type of exercise or food can I eat to keep a healthy body weight. I'm 35 now, and Since I was 28 I gain lot of weight, I'm 5'3 my weight is 200 lb, I lost only 10 so far thank God, but I can't get to keep a good diet..I love the sweets, I would love to lose some before starting or continuing getting ready to have kids. Has the South Beach diet work for anyone???
