what can i do to ovulate naturally?

So I don't think i'm Ovulating. Docs are on the fence about PCOS now, saying that I don't have insulin resistance (actually hypoglycemic!) and on CD 19 (last month) my serum progesterone level was a 3. Apparrently thats low???

Anyhoo, i've been using opk's and haven't gotten a single positive in 2 months! I'm confused b/c I thought PCOS'ers had false positives b/c of unusually high LH...so i don't know why i'm not getting ANY positives....

what can i do naturally to make my body ovulate? i'm already on progesterone cream...

thanks!

I'm 26, have had my levels checked with blood and saliva testing, and now take my progesterone cream at night on days 14-27. The month prior to this i was taking p cream 2 xs a day (splitting dose).

Hello

I too have PCOS and started using the Natural progesterone cream, not by recommendation of a doctors at least not yet.. i have an appt on the 31st.  I have not had a regular menstruation since nov 07, so i think i am due.. i was having bad pains around the time but no mens.. i started the cream on the 8th of July and I have actually felt better.. i guess i will give it a shot..  i have been doing lots of research, i have 2 kids, the first was easy pregnant right after stopping pills, the second i needed progesterone suppositories to hold.. i have some symptoms of pcos.. but not all.. weight, hair, cystic ovaries.. anyhoo.. bc i don't ovulate or have a menstruation i am not creating any progesterone so i am hoping the natural progesterone cream will help me have a mens... nice some people don't want to see it and i can't wait to see mine.. crazy...

I feel ya...same here, I don't have all of the PCOS symptoms (not insulin resistant and am actually hypoglycemic) but do have a little bit of the dark hair, definitely acne, weight gain, cystic ovaries and high testosterone. Progesterone cream has done a lot to combat all those symptoms but then this month everything went nuts again. So, i talked to my other doc today and he said the adrenal stuff he has me on (natural stuff) could "wake up" my hypothalmus and it coudl be my body just getting regulated finally. I hope that i can achieve pregnancy when its my time....
I understand the excitement for AF...i would rather get her and know my body is cycling normally than NOT get her and always wonder "what if?"

hi,, my name is jazmine and im 19,, every female in my family has PCOS and they all took vitamins C and E when they were trying to get pregnant ad it works! i just started to take them and ive been ovulating on time,, its even helping other PCOS symptoms! also,, it is been known for women (expecially those with PCOS) to experience "cramps" when ovulating. So if you feel like your on your period,, but your not bleeding,, it could be that your ovulating!
